Welcome to the Fairfax County Restoration Project (FCRP)
FCRP is a public/private partnership made up of private businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies at the state, regional, & county level and individuals concerned with our quality of life. The challenges we face living in highly developed Fairfax County have a big impact on our daily lives, from massive amounts of stormwater to our declining bird populations. Restoration begins at home. So roll up your sleeves, reduce that turf, plant more native trees and plants, enjoy those lightening bugs and join us!

October 17, 2017 - Jim McGlone was presented with this year's Environmental Excellence Award in the individual category at a special evening event, the first of its kind for Fairfax County's highest honor recognizing individuals, organizations, businesses and county employees who dedicate time and energy to benefit the environment and support county environmental initiatives. FCRP extends its heartfelt congratulations for this well-deserved honor. See pictures of the event here:
